Best way to seal dryer vent in brick wall?

I just moved our dryer to an exterior wall and had to drill a hole through brick for the vent. 4 inch sheet metal will go in there of course. What is the best way to seal it up at the brick? I'm debating spray expanding Styrofoam insulation, mortar mix, or that putty stuff that heating & cooling guys use to seal AC lines through brick.

I normally cut the hole close enough in size that a little caulk is all that's needed. If your hole is over sized then I might pack fiberglass insulation around it where it goes through the wall then caulk the outside vent to keep water out. If it's really over sized then I'd use mortar.
