Type n for filling in old vent hole In foundation??
I have 4 inch vent hole in foundation that was filled with spray foam . I was thinking of takin a couple inch out and fill with type N I already have at home . Is type N ok ?

Type N will be fine since I assume it's above grade.
If your going to fill it with mortar I'd take all the foam out. A thin layer of mortar on the surface will soon crack. The difficult part will be removing all the foam. You may need to chisel all the way around the hole to chip away the adhering foam and expose clean brick. Do any insulating you want in the interior wall.

The type N mortar should be fine, I'd leave the spray foam in the center void of the block and just mortar the outer inch.
