Efflorescence on Masonry

Efflorescence on Masonry
We put in pavers about 10 years ago which covers 70% of the frontyard. In the last two years after heavy rain season, we see yellow powder on the pavers. It is also on all near by floors.
Would this be Efflorescence on Masonry? I thought it is supposed to be a white residue, not chalk yellow?
Also, would this be a health concern if breathed in, like getting cancer?
Thanks

Effervescent is like salt, as water passes through and evaporates the salt/minerals remain.
Yellow, got a picture?
