Using Driveway Pothole Patch for 900 sq. ft

Hi Guys,

My driveway has a damaged area about 30' (L) x 3'(W). I found the pothole patch from Menards:

https://www.menards.com/main/paint/c...1174567&ipos=1

Can I use Driveway Pothole Patch to patch about 900 sq. ft ?

Thanks!

I suppose you could but I wouldn't, cold patches are iffy and that is a lot bigger than a typical cold patch..

Cold patch is intended to fill a void, it needs to be contained, it's not intended to replace asphalt!

I have used that stuff after I cut up an asphalt driveway to make an underground repair. It goes in fine at first but will settle and not be flat over time.

Thank you everyone! I will get the hot asphalt from a building material company instead.

Thanks again.
