Need advice for leveling two existing concrete footers for small bridge
So I have two existing concrete footers from a previous bridge. To finish the new bridge I will need to level the footers. The left side of both footers need to be raised about two inches. What is the best way to do this? The bridge will only have foot traffic on it. I’ll try to post pics of the footers.
btw how the heck do you post pictures from your smart phone on here?

2" is not feasible for pouring a slab, I;d be picking up the appropriate size of solid masonary block at my local concrete/brick/stone retailer!

You can add shims or blocking under the low side like Marq1 mentioned or you can cut down the high side.

Cutting?
I have tried shims and it just doesn’t look right. I don’t have the slightest idea how or what you would use to cut the existing slabs to make them level. Please advise.

A circular saw with a diamond blade will cut concrete pretty quickly albeit with a LOT of dust. A fan to blow the dust away from you helps and wearing a quality respirator or dust mask is almost a requirement.
Make a series of parallel cuts about 1/2" apart to the depth needed. Then whack the cut area at an angle with a hammer to break off the wafers you just cut. Then a angle grinder or hammer and chisel can smooth it out.

Hard to saw with out the pics but leave the concrete alone , cut a 4x4 down to 2" thick and use it to make up the difference on the low side or notch the frame 2" on the high side to make the difference. If it's under the bridge, you'll never see it.
You could also create a frame around the low side and pour concrete on top of the existing footer. If so, use a bonding agent on the existing concrete.
