Lead Anchors in concrete

Thinking of installing hurricane shutters on Lanai and have some questions about using lead anchors with sidewalk bolts to secure studded angle tracks on the concrete floor as bottom connection/anchor for shutters.
Has anyone had experiencing with using POMA or any other concrete anchors ? Second question, I know that the anchors are meant to expand when set into place which secures them but was wondering if anyone has also used any kind of mastic/glue with them as well.

Would appreciate any thoughts/ideas/experiences and definitely advice ...

I'm looking for a hand-held sized sprayer to use on a regular daily basis for its misting capabililties. I've tried numerous sprayers, even industrial grade and they all fail, breaking down after about 3 or 4 days of use. Recommendations?

I have a stone bench that has some bumps & protrusions that are a bit uncomfortable. I want to grind them down (maybe a cubic inch or so). Would an angle grinder be the best tool for that? Which kind of attachment would be best on it? (The bench is far from AC power, so I will have to use a cordless tool or run it off a car w/ an inverter attached, if that would provide enough power.)
