How to try to repair this?

Hi! First submission here! Hope you all are well!

I have a situation where my pool slab is falling on one side (have someone coming for hydrojacking The falling side, but the next slab in front of it has raised. How can I lower this? The foundation place said they could only raise, and I know that makes sense but can I try to lift this slab to get some of the build up from under it to hopefully lower it? Concern is that I can’t get access to both sides to the slab to lift it the typical way that most DIYs do with boards/chains/jacks. Can I excavate under it? But with the whole slab lifting, it might get hard to excavate by hand and keep it from becoming unsupported. Or should I just diamond grind it down? Best and cheapest solutions work. Trying to sell and have 1800 hydro jacking and some pool repairs of 5k so trying to not get too wild on the expense here but avoid a tripping risk for future buyer
How do you upload pics from phone?
