Concrete block cure time.

Today I poured concrete into 2 forms with rebar hooks that will anchor some chains to the ground, the chains will exert almost no load on the concrete. How long should I wait for them to cure before I take them out of the forms and bury them in the ground? Each block is about 1 cubic foot. (I did a 1:1:2 mix if it matters)

Id wait a week, the concrete should be set up sufficiently to handle in that time!

The concrete will strengthen rapidly in the first month. If you handle the block gently I'd move it the next day but the longer you wait the stronger it will get, especially if you keep it wet. You can search for "concrete curing strength" and see charts showing how it gains it's strength over time but it's all shades of gray. If you are picking the block up by the outside of the block I'd do it the next day. If you want to pick it up by the hook I'd wait a week to make sure you don't rip the hook out.
