Repairing concrete stairs - riser

25x35 Ranch on block foundation (no basement), crawl space only. What are your estimates to raise this home and place on a new foundation? In other words, what would it cost to raise this house, however high, to get a new foundation in place in the same spot? Thanks, Dip

I installed a new garage door and, consistent with the direction, ensured it was level by shimming one side. However, now one side has about a 0.25 to 0.5 inch gap when the doord closes with the electric opener (this is the best the gap gets after lots of adjusting). I need to level the floor under the door. I need to put a wedge of concrete (or similar material) in that is 4 to 5 feet long, 1 foot wide and tapers from about 3/4 inch to nothing. The existing floor is concrete (part of the slab) and will be outside the garage where it extends beyond the door (all but the thickness of the door). Is there a way to do this without ending up with concerete (or similar) that cracks or flakes away from the original surface?
