No idea what that is were looking at but Id venture a guess that there is no fix, more along the line of replace!

A pic from further back would be helpful.
Is there a load bearing wall above the block? I suppose you could stuff the voids with mortar but it would be best to remove the broken block and replace them with new.

I had a picture further back but wouldn't let me upload it. I'm not sure how much of load being wall it is. Some of the block is loose. It's on my barn it's for 4 rows high then wood.

I'd be inclined to remove the broken block [may have to remove the block above too] and replace/relay them. You might need to add some temporary support for the wall.

I'm another vote to replace the block. The big thing is to know why the block is broken. Is there a foundation issue or did a tractor bump into the building?

I think horses did the damage. I have 3 spots like that. One by each door. I couldn't make a mold and just fill it up with concrete?

Forming it up and filling with concrete will work but do you have an opening to pour the concrete in?

I can drill a small hole or 2 in the board that lays on top of the blocks
