Need Chisel Recommendations ASAP
#1

I have numerous projects, several of which involve a cement patio poured in our backyard a month ago. I really need to get these done ASAP, but they have me in new territory, and I need some recommendations.
The patio butts up against the septic tank access panel, which I covered with a cement step. The problem, one side of the step is flush against the patio, but the other side has about a half-inch gap. I had thought it was from blobs of cement across the bottom edge of the patio, but after chiseling it off realized the patio edge is vertical on the one side the step is against and angled outward on the other.
Essentially I just want to shave it down so it is closer to vertical and the entire width of the step is flush against it. Also, I want to square-off a piece of stepping stone that broke to use on our patio to catch drips from the gutter.
That said, I believe what I need for both tasks is a Mason Chisel, but am not 100% certain.
Can someone recommend a chisel that will work for both these tasks, or possibly a set which includes various types of chisels (we have tons of wood chisels, but I could possibly use one for a brick project), but is also preferably...
1. available to purchase via Amazon
2. as inexpensive as possible (likely will never need again)
Thank you in advance to anyone who replies, I really appreciate it!

A Mason Chisel may work for you but it depends on how neat of an edge you want and if you will see it. If not, then it is no big deal and you can bang away. (you will need a good-sized hammer) If you want it to look nice and neat I would recommend going to Harbor Freight and picking up a cheap grinder and a diamond cup wheel. (And hearing and eye protection)
