Question How to: removing bolt from concrete

Hi,
I have some screw heads sticking out from a concrete walkway. What's the best way to cut it off? What tools do I need? See the attached picture.

Thank you very much!
James

Angle grinder with a 1/16" wheel for cutting metal. You could also use a sawzall with a fine toothed metal blade, but you would still likely want to grind whats left down flat with the grinder. Wear goggles and leather gloves.

If bolts cut, if threaded inserts a pair of vise grips, if cut they will create rust spots on the concrete eventually!
