How to fix / repair these walkways?

Hi, I do have these concrete walkways on both sides of the house. They are deteriorated and have a few minor cracks and the gutters go straight to the floor with no splash ward. What are the options for "patching" this, to protect it, fix it somehow, make it last and look good WITHOUT redoing the concrete. What kind of product would you recommend? and how to apply it, clean and prep for it. Maybe some sort of elastomeric paint? Also how to resolve the gutter ends? Thanks in advance for your ideas!

Well the gutter part is easy. Just cut them and add a gutter splash guards.
I'll let the other experts comment on the best method to fix the pavement.

Simple cleaning to remove the mildew and dirt would help a lot. A diluted chlorine bleach solution and brush will do work but a pressure washer is even easier.

Well the only real way to fix it is to replace it. But that can be expensive. This big crack in the first pic can be patched. It won't be perfect, and it won't last forever, but that is the best you can do short of replacement. After the cleaning as PD suggest, you can go with a type of sealer. But expect to do it every two years or so.

There area lot of brands. Thompson's is good but is the last on the list for durability.
My suggestion is do a GOOGLE search for "Best pavement sealers". There is a good article by Bob Villa. This cam point you in the right direction.
