Concrete patio cost/sq feet cost?

Live in SC, Got quoted at $3500 for a 12x28 slab. Guy said he didnít know how much per square feet. I see why, it comes out to $9.56/sq ft. Not a company, just a guy that does this work. Pay cash.
what does cost per square foot cost in your area?

What work is being performed EXACTLY? Any excavating, removal of material or other site prep can have a significant affect on the cost of a project, especially a small job where transportation (equipment or material) can be a significant percentage.

Not sure what the slab is for, but for a building that size, footings would also be needed!

12 x 28 = 336 sq. ft.

$ 3500 / 336 = $ 10.42 per sq ft

Thickness of the slab?

Itís 4 inches thick, there would be minimal excavation and the soil can be deposited on our property. No footers
