Help with bricking the exterior of my garage

Garage is 24 wide X 30 deep.
Im putting together a plan for my current garage. The floor was a terrible pour done in the 60s. It has 5 of slope to the drain located in the middle. Im 80% sure Im going to redo that.
ive talked to the contractor thats going to help me and he said I need to cut a section out to see how they poured the footers.
Id like to go a little lower with the new pour. And not have that crazy slope. Those garage doors are 7 tall 9 wide.
And then new concrete from the entrance door in front of the garage doors.
After that is done I want to use a stone veneer. I think. Im not opposed to a siding material either. Its just going to be a lot of concrete demo.

Yes they are all block walls.

What would a 3rd carport style bay look like with a roof high enough for my 9 tall Promaster?
