Just noticed this around my house. Foundation looks like it was hit by something. I think the grass covered it most of the year. Is this normal wear on my foundation or something serious. I'm on a slab. I live in nj so I think it's the slab with footers. Just wanted to know if I should patch it or call a foundation company.
There already is a sort of grit in the existing paint on the outside basement vertical wall surface. The paint job is quite old and some sections have this grit and some do not. For consistency I am hoping to repaint using paint with similar grit. What do you call this .... grit...? If I have the name I could search and purchase it.
thank you!
Dave
My 8 year old twins school just moved from a 100+ building to a 2 year old big new school . There’s a gray new basketball courts , and there a few little chips and gouges . We live in Connecticut, so I’d like to help out and patch the little damage and paint to keep it from breaking in the cold . What is the best outdoor concrete patch , and tips on a all weather color paint ?
