Concrete Basketball court maintenance

My 8 year old twins school just moved from a 100+ building to a 2 year old big new school . There’s a gray new basketball courts , and there a few little chips and gouges . We live in Connecticut, so I’d like to help out and patch the little damage and paint to keep it from breaking in the cold . What is the best outdoor concrete patch , and tips on a all weather color paint ?

Patching concrete is always a touchy option. How big are the chips? Shallow ones can be particularly difficult to get a patch to stick. Sometimes it helps to drill out the chip to make a deeper pocket.
