Our foundation has 2 structural cracks that were sealed and stabilized with epoxy over 16 years ago by the builder. No movement or leakage since. However, they only filled the cracks up to ground level. Do you think it is ok to fill the remaining above grade portion with a DIY Dricore product or something similar? Asking now as we are in the process of finishing the basement.
Are these DIY kits effective? Or should we just get a pro to inject them?
Also, will filling the top portion of the crack with polyurethane or epoxy possibly compromise the existing injection?
I have two 3 x 3 by 2 inch deep depressions (not pot holes) in our drive that were the result of a tree being taken out, stump ground up and new asphalt laid down by licensed contractor, years ago. I think the ground up roots finally settled and the asphalt dropped accordingly. The depressions showed up 3 months ago.
I bought 4 bags of Road Rescue cold patch knowing nothing about this or asphalt repair. Supposedly, it will cure right after being put down and I can compact with my car and a board over the cold patch. Am I on a fool's errand?
I thought I would use a propane torch to heat up the depressions before Road Rescue goes on. Driveway has not be seal coated in 6 years and I will have a licensed outfit do this for me in a month or two.
Help, please

just noticed the one side of the retention wall is very close to my foundation. I had it put in 2 years ago. Is this too close or is it ok? No cracks are around it yet and they may not be that deep in the ground in that area. Just wanted to check with you guys to see if it's OK that it's that close.
