Fill in old holes from termite treatment?

Fill in old holes from termite treatment?

Hello all, many moons ago (10+ years?) my house was treated for termites, including drilling the driveway slab in front of the house. I noticed today that some of the holes are still plugged and some are wide open. I don't know how long there have been open holes; I've included pix of them all. Should I patch the open holes, and do I use cement caulk, backer rod, or something else? Thanks!

Put a plug of backer rod somewhat deep in the hole and fill the remainder with Quikrete Epoxy Concrete Repair.
