Weight Load

Can a 4 inch suspended concrete slab floor support a 24x30 inch 750 floor safe with additional contents. I have no information regarding concrete composition.

How large is the slab? How is it suspended? What and where is the total weight to be suspended? A photo would be helpful.

It is really impossible to say since we don't know anything about the floor's construction. It is common for residential floors to be designed to carry a live load of 40 pounds per square foot though 30 is permitted for bedrooms. Your safe is 5 square feet.
