Had a waterline replaced and the contractor broke 3 blocks in basement wall--All in a row, pushed in about 3/4 inch, 2 courses up from floor.

Dont have any water problems, and no other damage to wall. Looking for advise on how to go about repairing damage--Do I have to dig it up or can I fix it from inside? Any concerns for future stability?

Thanks.

Inside? Maybe. Depends on the type of exterior barrier and damage to. A general how to can be found in the Masonry section of the Better Homes and Gardens Home Improvement Encyclopedia http://www.bhglive.com/

If inside, and you want a more cosmetic appearace: remove the face from one side of the block, set the open web portion; then set the face.
