Leveling Concrete patio

Im not to familiar with concrete work, thus
I am seeking advise. I currently have a patio
in which I want to level. The patio has 4ft
X 4ft sections with a chunk of wood between them.
Not too sure what this is called....

Anyway, some of the squares are raising and I
am looking for a way to level them, if possible.
I dont mind putting some concrete resurfacer
or even pavers on top... but I am looking for
a cost effective way that will still level
my patio and make it look half way decent.
Can anybody help?

Might be just as easy to take out the sections in question and pour the new 4'x4's. If they are lifting whats below them needs some attention.

I want to take my existing grill (with a propane tank) and build it into a permanent enclosure. Is this possible? Are there any resources that would be useful in this project? Thank You!

Brick columns and pole lamps

What is the best way to add a 120v polelamp, without the pole, to a brick column? I have heard that the wiring can be funneled through PVC piping and that the fixture can be screwed into the brick via the mounting fixture. Will small screws hold such a fixture to the top of the column? The screws holes on the mount appear to be fairly small for such an activity. Thanks a million. MM
