Selling my '92 Buick Skylark

I need some help on how to list this car. It does run but sounds awful. The trans is going, it needs a new muffler but it does have 2 new tires, front rotors and shoes on brakes. It has 129,000 miles on it and used to run okay until this winter.
I would sell it for parts or as a "fixer upper", doesn't matter to me. I just want to be rid of it and I would like some cash for it.

How shall I go about listing this car? Any suggestions? I'd appreciate it greatly. thank you.

Also...

Am I liable if the car if needs a lot of repair? I am not going to even say its in good condition, I would list it as "fair", of course. I am worried about my responsibility for the condition though...
