Ford Taurus

I have an old ford taurus 1990. The condition is pretty bad. Hasn't been driven in over 15 years. The paint is peeling the interior is excellent. I'm not sure what i should do with this car. Is it worth attempting repairs. A few things( new tires, paint, battery...etc) . How should i get rid of this car?

Sell it, donate it, scrap it. Very unlikely it is worth fixing; that vintage Taurus/Sable had notoriously bad trannies and if it has the 3.8L engine that's a head gasket blower as well. Around here right now the scrap value would be about $350.

Measure it with a micrometer; cut it with an ax.

You could part out the interior and scrap te rest. I doubt that there is much scrap metal in the seats or windows.
