Short of using gasoline I think you've covered all the bases. Does the manufacture have cleanup instructions on the package??

I've found that tar remover or lighter fluid gets stuff like this off sometimes.

Orange Go-Jo is best, but it's not that great, either. the best thing is to soak your hands in acetone, but you DON'T want to do that. It soaks into your skin, is toxic, and brings anything else on your skin, toxic or not through your pores and into your system.

I used to install PVC sprinkler systems, and the glue would get all over my hands in the course of a day. It's just something you do while waiting in traffic: Peel the glue off your hands. Scrub like heck when you get home with a very stiff brush and the orange stuff. Tomorrow you'll get more glue on them.

Just calmly peel the stuff off in front of the campfire. your body oils slowly make peeling and removal easier.
