Talking gas fridges and camping

Hi,

I am going camping in a tent in 8 days and will not have power so purchased a 3way fridge which I intend to run on gas. Does anyone know if it is safe to run a gas fridge in a family nylon tent or have a suggestion on how I can set this up outside the tent and protected from the elements?

thanks
Happy camper.

Question Co2

When I say gas, I mean (LPG) and not petroleum, does this still have the same CO2 issues, I pressume it does as it burns O2.

I know all the RV units are LP , electric ,12V and 110V. I Have to say again DONT DO IT set yours outside. If you look at a fridge in a RV the fridge vents to the outside all the time cause it can run on LP. Its the CO that can get you
