I'm looking for plans to build a hall tree. I want to buld the kind that has a bench with storage under the seat & a high back so a mirror can be installed. Any suggestions?

I had looked at all of them before & the only ones I could find were the type for just hanging coats on. I always called them coat trees but what do I know.

Sorry about that - so many people DON'T look - that's the danger of ASSUME - makes an a** out of you and me - mainly me this time.

Try these links

BTW - I found these and others using my favorite search engine -

with the search phrase "hall tree

Hi Specter,

Try http://www.newyankee.com/fanmail/shop_notes.php3. Norm may have what you're looking for. It's called a hall seat. Let me know if this fits.

Thanks George & Randy. Several of the sites had what I was looking for. I don't know why I didn't think about The New Yankee Workshop. I use to have that site bookmarked.

Now I have another problem.
Which one, Which one, Which one ????
