Chris,
In both the kitchen and batroom, both have the same finish and were probably installed at the same time. The veneer is coming off shelves.sides of doors etc
I recently built an enclosure for my Boa Constrictor. I made it out of plywood and the dimensions are 5'8"L x 3'H x 27"W. It's a beautiful enclosure, except for one thing. I needed a stain that has a high moisture resistance, and in my overzealousness I used Marine Spar. Well now the smell is so bad I can't use it. My question is this, can I just put a coat of regular urothene stain (or another product) over the spar to mask the odor, or do I have to sand off the spar and start over? :(
After offering to make some cabinet doors for a neighbour I dicovered numerous styles of router bits to do this. Any opinion as to the strongest joint for a plain [not raised panel] design. The centre will probably be 1/4" veneered luaun. The wood is maple and the kitchen is in a rustic farmhouse?
