Refinishing an old oak dresser

Sanded off old finish from an oak dresser. I need to know what to finish it with to give it a natural finish? Would tung oil be good choice or a clear finish or what is recommended? Thank You Robert

Tung oil would work, but it usually takes several coats to get a really nice finish. Another option would be a satin polyurethane. A water based poly stays clear and an oil based poly will give you an amber tone.
