Trim molding...nominal/actual sizes?

In the upstairs of our log home all of the bedrooms have plain flat stock 1x3 pine for baseboards as well as door and window casings. The actual meaurement for all of these trim boards is 3/4"x3, not 3/4x2 1/2 or 3/4x 3 1/2. Is it likely that these were originally ripped from regular stock or do some lumber yards carry stuff this size? I have to replace some of the trim so that's why I'm asking.

Thanks...Tom

it's a custom size, made from ripping larger material down to size.
