Radiator Cover

Hi,

Anyone know of sites where I can get plans to make radiator covers.

Radiator Cover Materials

Radiator plans show a metal screen/mesh over the openings.
Where is a source/what is a substitute for this besides what you can buy at Lowes/HD? The want $24 a panel and I need 2x panels/radiator. The stuff is pretty flimsy to boot.
