New glued floor pops

A few weeks ago I put down a glued (to concrete) wood floor. We have 1 board that pops when you walk on it. Must no have enough glue under it. How do I fix? Pretty sure I have to cut board out and install new one. Hope to have a better way to fix.

Drill a small hole(s), inject glue thru the hole, cover the spot with something heavy, fill the hole(s) with color matched putty. I assume you checked for hydrostatic water pressure before doing the floor???

Had no water problem. Just 1 board that pop. Naturally it is in the most traveled part of floor. Will try your idea soon. Tks
