Simpson Titen THD 62800HMG

Can anybody help me? I had never tried to install a Simpson Titen THD 62800HMG until Saturday. I would describe it as a retro-fit anchor bolt. Anyway, it took a ratchet with a two foot cheater bar and about ten minutes to install the one I tried. I have to install 39 more. I need a better way. I've been wanting to buy an electrical impact wrench anyway so now may be the time. Can a standard impact wrench deliver enough torque to install the Titen bolts?

Apparently even a battery impact can, put your mouse over the different pictures on this site:

TITEN HD® Heavy Duty Screw Anchor for Concrete and Masonry ~ Simpson Strong-Tie Anchor Systems®

I have used 12v dewalt impact for 6" lags (pre-drill) and electric Harbor Freight impacts on 1-3/4" nuts and 5/8" x 6" lags with no drilling. I got the warranty for $5 and went through 3 on that one job. They are made in China, get the warranty or buy a real one. Research them, some tourque more than others. Be safe, G
