spirial bits

what kind of bit do i need to use in a rotozip power tool for cutting a gun rack diagram from 1/2" pine board. do i need a certain length & style.Thanks for your help

I would think that any wood bit designed for the roto zip would do the job. Personally, I would probably do the cutting with my scroll saw, as I don't have a zip.
Roto zip recommends their Sabre cut bit SC-5.

I hope you have a lot more skill with a roto-zip than I do, I could never use one for any more than rough cutting

Practice on some scrap wood of the same species as your project. The grain of the wood will make the bit do some crazy things.

If you don't have a scroll saw then you should do the job with a coping saw. You will get a much better job.
