Building a roulette table

I am finally getting around to building a roulette table. I have very little skills in woodworking so, here's my question.

I purchased heavy-duty folding legs, six of them, as the roulette table is actually two, 4' x 10' sheets of birch plywood 3/4" thick. Is there any type of screw that is better for attaching the folding legs versus another? Basically, it's just like a banquet table but I don't want to use the wrong kind.

Any advise is appreciated.

Would running a bolt through the top of the table be a problem? 3/4" isn't very much thickness to get a good bite with anything else.

not sure. the table top will be have a 1/4" foam pad under-liner (volara) and then the layouts will be placed on top of that and stapled. Don't want "bumps" underneath the layouts.

Use T-nuts and slightly recess into the top with a Forstner bit.
