I MADE A WOOD PINE TRUNK BUT STAINED THE DAMN THING WITH OUT PUTTING A CONDITIONER BEFORE STAINING AND NOW I HAVE DARK AND LITE PATCHES / IS THERE ANY AY THAT I CAN LITEN OR REMOVE WITH OUT PAINTING IT A DARK COLOR

A 2-part wood bleach (look for that description at your paint store or home center) will help some - how much depends on the degree of difference between light and dark. You may have to (probably will) sand after bleaching.
