Counter is lifted near the sink

Is there a way to fix this?

I can't see squat in the picture but I'm going to guess that you have water under a laminate. You probably also have particle board underlying the counter which has swelled with water that got in around the edge of the sink. Unfortunately there is no repair other than replacement.

I tried to enhance the OP's pic. I think he means right where the the corner intersects. If you enlarge the pic it looks uneven. I think PD is correct. Replace, can't be fixed.

It looks like maybe the joint is uneven. If one side has raised, you can pound it down even using a wood block for protection.
You can also try to lift the low side a little.
It really needs some glue but it's very hard to push glue into the joint.
