Hi all,
I need some advice on how to fix my bed frame. It is solid cherry wood and has a headboard and footboard. The frame has cracked and the grooves come out of the head board and foot board. I am not that handy, is there an easy solution that I can do in order to fix this?

In your first two photos you just need to re-hook the side rail into the headboard. You insert the metal tab into the top of the slot in the headboard then push it down. The slots in the metal tab will engage metal pins inside the headboard.
