Restoring wooden ornamental harp ?

I'm looking for advice on restoring a wooden ornament, and whether it is something I can tackle alone or if I should have a professional look at it. I can't find a sub that's for repair/restoration of antiques/ornaments.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or are there any other subforums that I can post on ?

I have pictures.

Thanks

An overall picture of the entire harp would help. Can't really tell what alternatives (bracing, blocking, etc.) there might be to the spot fixes that your detail pictures show.

Maybe you could choose a representative harp based on a picture.
google image search - harp
