Does anyone know where I can look for an aluminum router fence like this one? Most of the router fence I see is only 3" tall. I need something that is taller...like 6 inches.
You can attach another piece of material to the face of any fence to make it taller. I drilled and tapped a few holes into my aluminum fence. Then my fence extension bolts on with a few flat head screws.
Made 4 window jam boxes, they're all screwed together and the reveals look good. When putting my shims between my jams and rough window opening would I put 1 on each end a 1 in the center of each piece, or do you need to shim every so many inches apart?Read More
