Crown Molding- matching

I need to recreate this crown molding. The cost to do a custom mold is probably out of my price range. It looks like two pieces of molding...the gap in between the two moldings adds a beautiful depth to the crown molding. Anyone have any suggestions on how I find something similar? Thanks!

Well with no measurements we are just guessing.

Your best bet would be a custom millwork shop. Nothing is going to come close to matching that exactly unless you have knives made, which last time I checked was about $75 per knife.

If you want something close, use a cove crown and alter it, maybe by ripping one side off, adding a filler to the cut side and then adding the part you cut off as a moulding down below that. Or if you can find a plain 4" cove, put a picture rail below it.

Here is one example for starters. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Woodgrai...6983/302785737

The bottom moulding is called picture rail. You can probably locate something close.

These folks could make it for you. They've run some old stuff for me in the past and should already have knives to do so.

Thanks. I think I found top part...close at least. Struggling with bottom part...thanks for the picture rail advice. Got quoted 350 to build a knife to recreate....nope.
