Got an unsigned offer letter this time last year, job fell through, any options?

Got an unsigned offer letter this time last year, job fell through, any options?

The usual offer letter a consulting firm had me sign and return back. I never got a signed version from them. I quit my job to move to that job then it fell through. Any recourse?

Other than placing it in your Lessons Learned file, I doubt you can do much unless you spoke to someone at the head hunters and they told you explicitly that the signed letter was on its way and there would be no problem with you taking action. Of course, then you would need records showing names, time and date of that conversation as a minimum. A recording would be even better.
