how to get milk splatters off cabinets?

I have two small kids, and when cups get dropped and knocked over, I end up with these milk splatters all over my cabinets, tables, chairs, ect. Is there an easy way to clean these off? Murphy's Oil Soap doesn't work, nor does good old soapy water. They disappear when wet, but reappear as soon as they are dry. I can scratch them off, or use a rough scrubber, but not only is that tedious, but I do not want to ruin the nice finish on my cabinets. Any ideas?

I've had some good luck with the Mr. Clean magic eraser removing some things that I thought only an abrasive would remove.

Milk is organic. An enzyme digester cleaner for organic stains tends to be effective. Read and follow label directions. These are marketed under such names as Nature's Miracle, Out, OdoBan, etc. Using one of the white scrubbies as a very mild abrasive may also be helpful.
