You will need 6% hydrogen peroxide. Mix with flour to make a paste the consistency of thick cream. Moisten the area of the stain and the area surrounding the stain with the hydrogen peroxide. Apply your poultice to stain and area surrounding stain with spatula. Apply a thick coat. Cover with plastic wrap and tape down to make air-tight seal. Let set 48 hours. Remove plastic. Moisten poultice with plain, cool water. Scrape away poultice with plastic spatula. Rinse and dry. Repeat appliations may be necessary to lift out stain.

Once stain is removed seal marble with a couple coats of sealer for natural stone. Sprinkle water on stone; drops should bead up. Seal counter a couple times a year according to label directions. Marble should be cleaned and sealed on with products recommended for natural stone.

Marble is a limestone and can be etched with food and drinks containing citric acid. Wipe up spills immediately.
