Atmosklear - any good?

I recently bought some collectable vintage toys from Ebay as a "nostalgia" Christmas gift for my husband (Masters of the Universe Castle Greyskull and assorted action figures - he's a big geek ). Unfortunately, when the box arrived and I opened it, every item was heavily saturated with a strong stale cigarette smell. I've used Oust, vinegar, baking soda and several 409 cleaning applications to wash everything down, and have it all airing out by an open window. Several days of this and it STILL reeks.

I saw a bottle of Atmosklear and picked it up last night at Target. It's clear and oderless, and I felt like I was spraying $8 water on the toys. Does anyone know if it works? Its claim is that it works on contact, and eradicates smoke and other strong smells.

Also, any other ideas for getting rid of the smell?

You will have to soak toys in vinegar/water or baking soda/water solution overnight or longer. If toys are painted, this may affect paint. Or, you can try placing toys in dry baking soda, kitty litter, or activated charcoal, which are recommended for absorbing odors.
