Cigarette odor in wooden clock
I sent my wall chime clock to be repaired. It was there for about 30 days. Now that I have brought it home, it has cigarette smoke odor that I can hardly stand. The smell is making my whole house smell like cigarette smoke now. Please help.

I think the first thing to do is take it back and have the shop take care of the problem. I believe in taking responsibility for your actions and most businesses I've dealt with seem to agree with me and will fix a problem they caused.
