Question Removing Cigarette odor

I just purchased some small pieces of china-they came from a smoker. They reek of cigarettes. How do I get the odor out? Thanks for the help. Jina

removing cigarette odor

They cannot be bleached at all. I was thinking of wrapping them in Bounce fabric softener sheets....

If china is glazed, it should be washable. If it is 'crazed' (tiny cracks in glaze), washing is not recommended. Wipe with window cleaner.
