I'm done with store-brand blue window cleaner; which glass cleaner is the BEST?

Just wondering...

Do you have any specific problems? Streaks...REALLY dirty windows, etc....???

just typically dirty windows that don't get clean (I guess streaks are left, in addition to residual film) when I use "generic" "windex".

Here are a few previous threads that I thought might help you. Docduck, Mitch17 and twelvepole says it all. Should cover all the if's, and's or but's. Post back if not

thanks; it appears you did a search, but I've so far been unsuccessful at searching these forums. Is that a feature for mods only?

Anyone should be able to use the search engine. Should be right at the top (somewhat) where you see "Search". Click on that and type in whatever you want to search for like for instance "glass cleaner" or "window glass cleaner" or anything else. What have you tried?

As far as I know that's still for mod/admin only
I'm told it's to save bandwidth

Stoner Invisible Glass
It's foamy, and may take a little getting used to (it doesn't act like Windex)
But it pretty much rocks
It may be in the automotive section of your local store

For a bunch of windows, I still use the Dawn 'n' water with a squeegee
About a teaspoon of Dawn dishwashing liquid in a gallon of warm water
Sponge it on, squeegee it off

I must be special, the search engine works for me

Sparkle glass cleaner. I occasionally wash my glasses with Dawn dishwashing liquid and VERY hot water but most of the time I use Sparkle. It is one of the best store bought cleaners I have used.
