Depending on severity of paint on car finish, sometimes it can be buffed off with buffer and polish. If in a hurry for paint removal, contact a local car detailer.

Believe it or not I've used Easy-Off oven cleaner to remove paint such as this before. Always test it in an area that wont be seen to see if it does anything negative.

Also there are clay bars that will get it off with some elbow grease.

Paint needs time to cure after application. If you get to it before that happens, removal will be much easier. If in doubt, I'd call a pro pretty quickly on this job.

mitch brings up a great point if its still young paint....a mild solvent may remove the spray paint but not damage the cars finish...wd-40 may be able to lift the spray

I'll second trying WD-40.
Apply it generously to a soft cloth and gently rub.
