How about the screens?

I had new replacement windows installed, then had the house painted, so a lot of the sanding dust has made the screens dirty. What's the best way to clean them without damaging them? There's also the occasional paint drip on these screens, which I assume are fiberglas.

The paint can probably scraped off gently with a fingernail. I'd take them out and hit them with the hose for the dust.
